*Public Sector Role*
On behalf of my public sector client in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, I am recruiting for a Grade 4 Clerical Officer on a temporary basis.
Hours of work: 21 hours per week (3 full days) with potential for 28-35 hours during holidays/busy periods
Contract Length:6 months
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, encompassing tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Coordinate and schedule appointments/meetings
Communications with internal and external stakeholders
Minute taking
Tracking and recording information on excel
Processing invoices
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
Follow procedures and comply with policies
Various other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred.
Proficient in using word/excel
Experience with minute taking desirable
Drivers Licence and own transport
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
