**Public Sector Role**
I am currently recruiting for a Grade III Clerical Officer in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. This role is Mon to Fri 35 hours per week fully office based.
Administration
- General office duties to include typing of memos, letters
- Ensure that archives and records are accurate and readily available.
- Plan, organise and prioritise tasks assigned.
- Ensure deadlines are met and that work levels are maintained.
- Communicate / liaise effectively with all relevant departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of data at all times.
Customer Service
- Promote and maintain a customer focused environment
- Ensure that service users are treated with dignity and respect
- Act on feedback from service users / customers and report same to Line Manager
Requirements:
- Strong Office 365 skills
- Excellent attention to details.
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
