As they continue to evolve, we are seeking a driven and strategic General Sales Manager to lead the sales operations and grow into the role of General Manager within two years.
Role Overview
This is a senior leadership role for an experienced automotive sales leader who can drive commercial performance, elevate customer experience and inspire a high-performing team.
You will lead New & Used Sales operations, develop sales strategies, oversee marketing and customer retention initiatives and play a key role in dealership-wide leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver consistent performance
- Drive sales growth across new and used vehicles, finance and add-on products
- Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring targets and profitability goals are achieved
- Maintain excellent relationships with partners and key customers
- Oversee pricing strategy, stock management and forecasting
- Champion customer satisfaction & retention, ensuring a premium experience
- Support long-term business planning and operational improvements
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports
- Uphold and promote dealership values, culture and reputation in the community
