Are you a proven leader from a heavy engineering or industrial manufacturing environment? Ready to take full control of a high-performing, strategically critical site?
We're seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead all operations – from engineering and production to maintenance and SHEQ – at our client’s flagship factory in Enniskillen. This is not a desk job. It's a big role with big impact, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
You’ll drive automation, continuous improvement, and high-value capex projects, all while embedding a safety-first culture and building high-performing teams.
What you’ll need:

Strong engineering background – ideally degree qualified

5+ years in senior ops leadership in heavy industry

Proven success in CI, Lean, and automation projects

Grit, vision, and commercial acumen
