Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level service and administrative support to existing and new clients.
  • Manage and process new business while maintaining a strong new business pipeline.
  • Liaise with insurers and partners to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Engage with clients regarding general insurance queries and renewals.
  • Support continuous improvement across service delivery, systems, and compliance.

About You:

  • Minimum APA qualified, working towards CIP.
  • Experience in general insurance administration within a busy team.
  • Exposure to a sales or client-focused environment.
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload.
  • IT proficient with strong numerical ability.
