Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level service and administrative support to existing and new clients.
- Manage and process new business while maintaining a strong new business pipeline.
- Liaise with insurers and partners to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Engage with clients regarding general insurance queries and renewals.
- Support continuous improvement across service delivery, systems, and compliance.
About You:
- Minimum APA qualified, working towards CIP.
- Experience in general insurance administration within a busy team.
- Exposure to a sales or client-focused environment.
- A proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload.
- IT proficient with strong numerical ability.
