Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends
Hours: 8:30am–4:30pm (Mon–Thurs), 8:30am–3:00pm (Fri)
Salary: HSE Pay Scales 2025
Contract: Long-Term (6–12 months, potential for extension)

About the Role

FRS Recruitment is urgently seeking a friendly, energetic, and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join a welcoming mental health support service based in Raheny, Dublin.

This organisation provides a community-focused, non-medical programme that empowers individuals on their journey toward mental health recovery. The focus is on strengths, potential, and inclusion, not illness — making it a warm, engaging, and inspiring place to work.

This is a Monday–Friday position with no nights or weekends, offering a healthy work–life balance while doing genuinely meaningful work.

  • A great communicator – fluent English and clear diction are essential to support communication with service users and colleagues.


Requirements

  • QQI Level 5 (FETAC) in Healthcare or a relevant qualification (essential).

  • Experience in mental health services is desirable but not essential — personality and attitude are key.

  • Eligible to work in Ireland.

  • Immediate availability preferred.

Compliance Requirements (must be completed before starting):

  • Garda Vetting

  • International Police Clearance (if applicable)

  • Mandatory trainings

  • Occupational Health clearance

  • Three (3) satisfactory references

All compliance must be fully completed and approved prior to commencing work.
