We’re looking to speak with candidates who have:
For Associate Financial Advisor:
-
At least 2 years’ experience in financial services
-
Some exposure to providing financial advice to individuals or SMEs
-
QFA qualification (or working towards it)
-
A genuine passion for helping people achieve financial wellbeing

Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
For Senior Financial Advisor:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services

At least 2 years advising clients directly on financial matters

Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships

QFA qualified

Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to business development
