Financial Advisor – Multiple Locations (Cork, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Waterford, South Leinster)

We are currently seeking Financial Advisors to join our growing network of clients across Cork, Kilkenny, Waterford, and the South Leinster area. Role Overview:
As a Financial Advisor, you will provide expert financial guidance to clients, helping them achieve their protection, investment, and retirement goals. You will manage both new and existing client relationships, assess financial needs, develop tailored recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on life assurance, pensions, investments, and protection products, tailored to client goals and risk tolerance.

  • Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and follow-ups.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and identify opportunities for new business growth.

  • Conduct comprehensive fact-finds to identify client needs, objectives, and financial priorities.

  • Prepare quotations, compliance documentation, and client communications accurately and promptly.

  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality client service.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policy, and ethical standards.

  • Take responsibility for ongoing professional development, including qualifications and skills enhancement.

Education & Experience:

  • QFA qualification (or working towards) is essential.

  • Minimum of 1–5 years’ experience in financial services, providing advice to individuals and/or businesses.

  • Proven ability to deliver business development and revenue growth.

  • Experience managing client portfolios and maintaining CRM systems.

  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven.
