Our client, a market leader in high-tech construction and engineering, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their expanding team. With operations across Ireland and Europe, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company’s finance strategy.
This role requires a confident finance professional with strong technical knowledge and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have a professional accountancy qualification and at least 2 years post-qualified experience, preferably with exposure to international projects and compliance.
Key aspects of this position include management of financial and internal control processes, international compliance across multiple jurisdictions, audit preparation, and working capital oversight. The successful candidate will also lead a finance team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to support business decision-making across the group.
