The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll ensure the smooth running of the site’s facilities, plant, equipment, and grounds, while maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety (ISO45001), Environmental compliance (ISO14001), and site security.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance of buildings and equipment

Manage site contractors and maintenance schedules

Ensure lighting, HVAC, and building systems operate efficiently

Maintain accurate service records and improve H&S standards

Support site upgrades and office renovations

Embed energy efficiency and sustainability practices
-
Ensure compliance for audits and regulatory inspections
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years' experience in a facilities or maintenance role
✅ Electrical/mechanical background – ideally with qualifications
✅ Strong contractor management and H&S knowledge
✅ Skilled in preventative maintenance and digital planning tools
✅ A team player with initiative, communication skills, and a can-do attitude
