Role Objectives:
- Help define and drive EUC and Modern Workplace architecture standards in a global, hybrid, multi-cloud environment.
- Support SMBC’s strategy for secure, scalable, high-performance Modern Workplace solutions.
- Lead direction and lifecycle of Citrix environments across apps and desktops.
- Design and deliver hybrid/cloud desktop solutions using AVD, Windows 365, Citrix, and Nutanix VDI.
- Collaborate across Infrastructure, Security, and App teams to ensure integration, compliance, and smooth operational handover.
- Develop deployment, tuning, capacity, and disaster recovery strategies for EUC platforms.
- Stay current with emerging EUC and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Provide architecture guidance and approvals through the enterprise path-to-production process
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise across Citrix, FSLogix, Nutanix, AVD, and Windows 365.
- Skilled in Microsoft on-prem/cloud tech: AD, Entra ID, GPO, M365, Intune, Autopilot, and core networking/cloud fundamentals.
- Knowledge of AOVPN, Zscaler, firewalls, MDM/MAM, and Conditional Access.
- Familiar with SCCM, SCOM, LogicMonitor, and Tanium for EUC monitoring/management.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and decision-making abilities.
- Confident engaging senior leadership on technical trade-offs and best practices.
- Prior experience in EUC/Modern Workplace architecture roles.
