Job Opportunity: Maintenance Electrician (Full-Time, Permanent)

Week 1: Monday–Thursday (07:30–16:00), Friday (07:30–19:30)

Week 2: Monday–Thursday (16:00–00:00)
A full-time, permanent position is available for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the Maintenance Department on a rotating double day shift. The primary focus of the role is to maximise asset uptime through planned and preventative maintenance across a range of electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, repair, and install electrical systems across a variety of assets

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently using strong problem-solving skills

Liaise with OEMs and external contractors for maintenance, repairs, and installations

Promote and maintain a positive safety culture; ensure safe working practices at all times

Utilise CMMS (SAP PM) to manage and document all planned, reactive, and project work

Source and coordinate replacement parts through appropriate channels
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support trial projects

Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Communicate effectively with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments
Candidate Requirements:
-
Electrician Craft Certificate or equivalent (essential)

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance environment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities
-
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Positive attitude toward change and evolving work priorities

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
-
Professional conduct and excellent interpersonal skills
-
Previous experience in the Print & Packaging sector (preferred)

Proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office (advantageous)
