Role Overview

A position is available for a qualified Production Electrician to work in a dynamic and critical production environment. The role involves a balance of responsibilities across production, testing, and occasional maintenance support, ensuring high electrical standards are met throughout.

Primary duties include connecting cable and control boxes on large units, testing transformers to precise customer specifications, and supporting wider operational functions when required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cable joining and termination

  • Interpreting and following production schematics

  • Electrical fault finding and diagnosis

  • Inspection and testing of electrical systems

  • Testing in accordance with customer specifications and ISO 17025

  • Flexibility across a range of electrical tasks


Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Fully qualified electrician

  • Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools

  • Experience working from electrical schematics

  • Strong organisational and troubleshooting skills

  • Comfortable working at heights


Shift Pattern

  • Shift Rotation: Monday to Friday
    â–¸ 6:00am – 2:00pm
    â–¸ 2:00pm – 10:00pm

  • Overtime: Paid at time and a half after normal hours and double time after 4 hours
