The Role
My client, a leading software solutions provider is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their operations in London. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will develop, manage, and execute tailored digital marketing strategies across multiple international markets. This will include social media content, paid campaigns, client communications, and performance reporting.
Tasks & Duties
- Review and proof both personal and team-generated content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines before managerial approval.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather assets, briefs, and blog content, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
- Develop customised content calendars for each client, considering briefs, seasonal trends, and industry developments to maximise relevance and impact.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to support content delivery and campaign execution as required.
- Monitor and manage paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, social media platforms), providing performance reports and ensuring optimal spend efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive client reports by analysing data from various sources, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, WooCommerce, and internal platforms.
- Support the wider Client Marketing Team with day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a collaborative manner.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- A degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, Languages, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience creating and managing social media content for clients across B2C and B2B platforms.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with strong organisational and planning skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret and accurately execute marketing briefs.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Publer, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Experience in developing, running, and analysing paid campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads; certification in these platforms is desirable.
- A proactive, positive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results; prior experience in the healthcare or eyewear industry is a distinct advantage.
