Customer Success Partner required for firm based in Dunboyne, Co Meath. This is an office based role.
You will provide support to the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day engagement with customers, allowing the sales team to focus on new customer engagement and building a pipeline of opportunities.
You will be responsible for managing the entire customer eco-system end to end.
Your new role:
- Onboarding New Customers
- Customer Relationship Management
- Monitoring Customer Health
- Providing Training and Support
- Identifying Expansion Opportunities via cross selling and upselling
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Collect customer feedback to relay to internal teams.
- Encourage satisfied clients to become advocates through reviews, testimonials, or case studies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 7 or 8 qualification in Business, Communications, or related field
- Ability to travel within the UK/Ireland and EU
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role is a plus
