Customer Service Specialist – Co. Kildare (Full-Time)
I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist on behalf of a rapidly growing Irish organisation within the healthcare sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, people-focused business that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer care across its nationwide network.
The successful candidates will join an established contact centre team, working from the company’s head office just outside Naas, Co. Kildare.
About the Role
This position involves managing customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, handling stock/eShop orders, and ensuring every customer receives a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint. This is a full-time, onsite role offering variety, teamwork, and a strong culture of support and development.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service across all interactions
• Manage inbound calls and schedule appointments
• Ensure all appointments are accurately screened and logged in the system
• Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Manage customer stock orders and oversee eShop order processing
Minimum Requirements
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full driver’s licence
• Good IT skills (experience with social media or CRM systems is an advantage)
