On behalf of my client, based in Galway City Centre, I am recruiting for temporary Customer Service Representatives.
Contract length: 9th December - 28th February 2026
Hours of work: 35 hours per week (1-2 weekends per month)
Shift times:
7am - 3pm
8am - 4pm
9am - 5pm
2pm - 10pm
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions in a polite and helpful way.
- Answer incoming calls within agreed time frames and explain policy details clearly.
- Record full and accurate notes for every customer call.
- Work towards set targets and performance goals.
- Work with other teams to make sure customers receive a high level of service.
- Communicate with 3rd party suppliers to help progress customer cases.
- Complete general admin tasks such as approving invoices and filing.
- Various other ad hoc tasks
Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Strong customer service experience
- IT skills
- Communication and listening skills
