Customer Service Agent
Our client, a leading international manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Midleton, Co. Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dedicated and experienced team supporting customers across Europe and beyond.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a first-class customer experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Manage general customer queries and ensure resolution from start to finish.

Work collaboratively within the team to achieve customer satisfaction targets.

Use ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar) to manage customer orders and data.

Liaise effectively with other departments to support strategic objectives.

Complete additional customer service tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
-
1–3 years’ customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

ERP system experience (JD Edwards an advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong problem-solving ability and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Team player with flexibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
