The Role
My client, a leading international rental company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Tallaght. This is a full-time, permanent, office based position.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Tasks & Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service by proactively identifying and prioritising customer needs.
- Offer informed and tailored recommendations, including optional products and services, based on customer requirements.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Handle all telephone and email communications in a courteous, helpful, and efficient manner.
- Finalise rental agreements for returning customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations; take responsibility for your own safety and that of your colleagues.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned to support business operations.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet targets, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in both written and verbal English; a second language is an advantage.
- Background in customer service and a natural ability to sell, supported by an engaging personality and professional presentation.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word; automotive fleet or technical experience is an added advantage.
- Holds a full, clean Category B driver’s license for a minimum of two years – essential.
- Available to work a 40-hour week, including Saturdays.
