My client based in Little Island, Cork is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team to cover a maternity contract (6 months). They are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible individual to work as part of the Cork office team.
This role will start mid January 2026
Duties:
- Deal directly with customers & suppliers by phone and email communication.
- Log deliveries.
- Be able to prioritise customer requests and demands.
- General office duties.
- Monitor emails and customer requests
- Raise sales orders from sales quotes and place purchase orders
Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong technical and administrative capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, structured, and capable of building strong relationships with a diverse management team.
- Previous experience in a similar admin role is essential
