Customer Returns Agent – Dublin Airport
Do you enjoy working in a customer-facing role and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team? Our client is currently hiring a Returns Agent based at Dublin Airport, supporting a leading brand in the mobility and vehicle rental industry.
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a first-class customer experience, assisting customers at the beginning and end of their rental journey. You’ll work closely with team members across various departments to ensure a smooth, efficient process and maintain high service standards.
🕐 Shift-based role:
5 out of 7 days, between 5am and 1am
on a rotational basis.
🚗 A full, valid, clean B driving licence(held for at least 2 years) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with vehicle returns, ensuring a seamless handover
-
Maintain high standards for customer service and vehicle presentation
-
Ensure timely vehicle turnarounds in collaboration with the wider team

Process workshop vehicles and coordinate service/repair needs
-
Communicate with fleet and damage teams to report and track issues

Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety guidelines
-
Support ad hoc tasks as required in line with business needs
About You:

Full clean B driving licence (held for minimum 2 years)

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Team-oriented, flexible, and customer-focused

Comfortable working shift patterns including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Experience in vehicle rental or sales is a plus, but full training is provided
