FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of Customer Relationship Manager for our client, a leading Irish Agribusiness and based in Cork.
Contract: Full Time Permanent.
Hybrid Working Options a mixture of both in office and work from home.
This position requires a candidate with good commercial ability, a solid interest in farming and agri business, in particular with regard to dairy, calf, young stock, beef, sheep. Someone with a keen interest in expanding and developing that interest & knowledge.
Key abilities to include;
- Agricultural Qualification/experience in dealing with farmers.
- Strong Communication skills across a wide option spectrum, including phone, text, what's app, e-mail, website & social media platforms.
- A strong customer empathy instinct - across all communication channels.
- Organisational proficiency to manage the customer base, the day, week & month ahead.
- Team player with the ability to work on own while understanding the impact on the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys involvement with farmers, farming families and country life. Someone who has the ability to communicate on a commercial basis across the spectrum of farm inputs - Animal Feed, Fertiliser, Seed, Crop Care Products & Agri Hardware etc. The position recognises people's need to work from home and there is some flexibility in that regard. Continuous training, and knowledge up grading is very much part of the role and is essential for success
