Corporate Trust Associate

Permanent | Hybrid (3 days in the office per week)

Overview

Our client is seeking a Corporate Trust Operations Associate to join their Dublin City Centre office. The successful candidate will provide operational, analytical, and reporting support to Corporate Trust business partners, clients, and bondholders. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing, supporting projects, and delivering a consistent client experience while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and process Corporate Trust account details, documentation, and transactions (including account setups, adjustments, transfers, and payments).

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the bondholder system of record.

  • Research and resolve complex operational discrepancies in collaboration with bondholders and internal partners.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify solutions for special processing needs and process improvements.

  • Support project initiatives by executing test plans and assisting with system assessments.

  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, bondholders, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and reporting deadlines.

  • Contribute to audit readiness and assist in addressing regulator or auditor issues.

  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven working environment.

Education & Experience Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
    OR 5 years’ combined education and work experience (including at least 1 year relevant experience)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in processing

Preferred:

  • Internship or professional experience in financial services

  • Knowledge of securities and corporate trust operations

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks

  • Relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
