About the Role
Our client, a leading window and door contractor
based in Dublin 12, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager
to join their growing team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate window & door installation projects from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Lead project meetings and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Supervise and support site managers and installation teams.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the windows & doors industry(essential).
- Strong technical knowledge of systems, installations, and building regulations.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full clean driving licence.
