Key Responsibilities:

Manage the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion

Lead project teams and coordinate with site staff, subcontractors, and design professionals

Monitor programme, quality, cost, and health & safety performance

Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory obligations

Build strong client and stakeholder relationships

Report to senior leadership and support business improvement initiatives
Requirements:
-
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
-
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role

Proven ability to manage multi-million euro projects
-
Strong leadership, planning, and commercial skills

Excellent communication and client-facing experience
