Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest safety standards

Lead and mentor project teams and engineers, fostering a culture of performance and accountability

Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants

Drive commercial performance and contract compliance

Champion continuous improvement across project delivery
Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in a Contracts Manager role, ideally within residential and commercial builds

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Strong contractual knowledge (RIAI / PWC preferred)

Proven leadership and problem-solving skills

Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S legislation
