Key Responsibilities:

Deliver technical support and solutions across a range of precast concrete products

Assist with tenders by interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Conduct on-site assessments and provide follow-up technical assistance

Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective customer fulfilment

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits

Identify opportunities for product improvement or development
Ideal Candidate:
-
Background in a technical/design role within the construction industry
-
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
-
Experience with CAD software and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)

Excellent communication and relationship management skills
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Full driving licence and Safe Pass required

Engineering or technical drawing qualification/certification preferred
