Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for our existing precast product range and propose effective solutions

Assist in the preparation and completion of tenders and quotations

Identify opportunities for new product development and innovation

Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Conduct on-site assessments and provide technical assistance to clients as required

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through site visits and follow-up support

Represent the company professionally across client sites and meetings
Skills & Experience
-
Previous experience in a technical, design, or support role within the construction or precast industry
-
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction and technical drawings
-
Competency with CAD or similar design software (e.g. AutoCAD)
-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-
A customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities
-
Knowledge of construction standards and regulations in Ireland
