They are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join the Dublin tea. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide strategic compliance and financial crime guidance, ensuring regulatory adherence across the business.
- Support the Head of Compliance by advising on regulatory and financial crime matters
- Assess new regulations (AML, MiFID II, Client Asset Requirements, Market Abuse, EMIR, Individual Accountability Framework) and their impact
- Provide input on regulatory projects and ensure compliance best practices
- Conduct policy and procedure reviews to strengthen the firm's compliance framework
- Oversee and execute monitoring activities to meet regulatory requirements
- Engage with regulators, including the Central Bank of Ireland
Requirements
- 3rd level qualification in Law, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in Compliance.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills Strong knowledge of financial markets and products
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Attention to detail and a drive for accuracy
- Working knowledge of MiFID II is a must.
