What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing and retaining your own portfolio of commercial clients
• Handling renewals, MTAs, and new business with professionalism and accuracy
• Providing expert advice across Property, Liability, Fleet, PI and more
• Negotiating competitive terms with insurer partners
• Spotting opportunities to cross-sell, up-sell and win new business
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance at all times
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of the commercial team
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years’ experience in commercial insurance (brokerage preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial products and insurer markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-relationship skills
• APA Commercial or CIP essential; progress toward ACII an advantage
• Experience with Applied / Relay / Open GI beneficial
• A motivated, professional and commercially focused mindset
