CNM1- Permanent Full time role
Requirements:
- Must be registered in the general division of the NMBI register and hold a current NMBI PIN (essential).
- 2–4 years of post-registration experience in an acute setting (essential).
- At least 1 year of management experience (desirable).
- A recognised qualification or relevant experience in the specialty (desirable).
- Completion of a management training programme (desirable).
- Demonstrated clinical and professional competence.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in relevant applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with patients and staff.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels within the organisation.
