Requirements:

Must be registered in the General Division of the NMBI Register (essential).

A minimum of one year’s post-registration experience in the relevant specialty is required (essential).

A recognised qualification in the specialty is an advantage (desirable).
-
At least one year of management experience is preferred (desirable).
-
Completion of a management training programme is advantageous (desirable).
-
ACLS certification is considered an asset (desirable).
-
Demonstrated clinical expertise and professional competence.
-
Proficient IT skills, including the ability to use relevant software applications effectively.
-
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
-
Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.

A high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
-
Proven ability to perform well under pressure.
-
A clear commitment to ongoing professional development.
-
Capable of working collaboratively with staff across all levels of the organisation.
