About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join a reputable financial services firm based in Dublin 12. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction and is confident working over the phone in a professional, service-oriented environment. This is a temporary rolling contract, and an immediate start is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest in financial services offerings

Arrange and coordinate online information sessions for potential customers

Provide pre- and post-meeting support, including sending joining instructions and gathering feedback

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and engagement using internal systems

Ensure a high standard of customer care is delivered at all times

Collaborate with team members to ensure leads are handled promptly and professionally
Requirements:

Previous experience in a phone-based customer support, client services, or administrative role

Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner

Strong organisational and follow-up skills

Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
