My client is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join a high-performing Capital Markets team. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day administration of structured and corporate trust accounts, working closely with both domestic and international clients, law firms, and internal stakeholders. You will manage a portfolio of transactions that include structured finance deals, debt instruments, and securitisations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts within the Capital Markets/Corporate Trust division, including day-to-day administration and client communication

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, legal advisors, and external service providers

Review and comment on transaction documents and trust agreements in coordination with legal teams

Ensure all client instructions are implemented accurately and within regulatory and operational guidelines

Manage deal closings, cash flow execution, fee billing, and internal reporting

Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and contribute to business development alongside the sales team

Support risk management, compliance checks, and internal controls across transactions

Participate in client meetings and project initiatives, supporting continuous improvement
Your Profile:

2+ years' experience in financial services, ideally in Corporate Trust, Structured Finance, Capital Markets, or Legal/Trust administration

Understanding of transaction structures such as CLOs, ABS, debt capital markets, or securitisations is a strong plus

Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex documentation

Comfortable with financial calculations (e.g., interest, commissions, fees) and contract terms

Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and organisational ability

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or legal discipline preferred

CCTS or working toward certification (advantageous, not required)
