Client Relationship Manager – Corporate Trust
Location: Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid: 3 days in-office
Salary: Up to €55k
Role Overview:
This role focuses on SPV and trustee onboarding, managing client relationships and daily administration of Global Capital Markets accounts of moderate complexity and risk. You will be the primary contact for clients and trustees, ensuring smooth operations from SPV incorporation through the first transactions. The business is primarily in the aircraft leasing sector, offering exposure to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee SPV onboarding from incorporation to first transactions.
Manage trustee onboarding and act as the day-to-day contact for operational trusts.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure transactions and client requests are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor account administration, cash flow, fee billing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Support the growth and retention of client relationships, participating in meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
Assist less experienced associates and provide coverage where needed.
Ensure all tasks comply with risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years including 1 year in a related role).
Prior experience with SPV or trust operations, corporate structures, or financial transactions.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial systems.
Working toward or holding CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) or similar is advantageous.
