FRS Recruitment are seeking a Grade III Clerical Officer for a Public Sector client based in Tallaght, Co.Dublin
This is a month to month rolling contract, 35hr working week with an immediate start required.
Hourly rate: €16.87ph
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for the office, providing front-of-house support.
Provide administrative support across multiple departments and disciplines.
Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and clinic lists, ensuring accurate and timely communication with clinical teams.
Liaise with managers and staff across different teams, ensuring smooth communication and work flow.
Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
Process referrals, medical forms, and results, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing diaries.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth coordination of patient care.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a healthcare or medical environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work across multiple areas simultaneously.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
