FRS Recruitment are seeking a Grade III Clerical Officer for a Public Sector client based in Santry, Co. Dublin.
This is a rolling temporary contract, 35-hour working week with an immediate start required. This role is fully office-based.

€16.32 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Key Responsibilities:

Attend meetings and take accurate and professional minutes for distribution and record-keeping.

Manage and maintain trackers and internal logs to support workflow and reporting.

Prepare documentation and support the coordination of meetings, including diary management and follow-ups.

Carry out high-volume typing and data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.

Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and document management.

Liaise with staff across multiple departments to support cross-functional activities and ensure smooth operations.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role.

Fast and accurate typing skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Confident in attending meetings and producing professional-standard minutes.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with wider teams.

Flexible and proactive with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
