FRS Recruitment are seeking a Grade III Clerical Officer for a Public Sector client based in Santry, Co. Dublin.

This is a rolling temporary contract, 35-hour working week with an immediate start required. This role is fully office-based.

Hourly rate: €16.32 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings and take accurate and professional minutes for distribution and record-keeping.

  • Manage and maintain trackers and internal logs to support workflow and reporting.

  • Prepare documentation and support the coordination of meetings, including diary management and follow-ups.

  • Carry out high-volume typing and data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and document management.

  • Liaise with staff across multiple departments to support cross-functional activities and ensure smooth operations.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Confident in attending meetings and producing professional-standard minutes.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with wider teams.

  • Flexible and proactive with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
