📢 Job Opportunity: Grade III – Payroll Department (Temporary Cover)

Hours:
35 hours per week
FRS Recruitment are seeking a Grade III Clerical Officer to join a busy team in Payroll Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate, check and input weekly time sheets for staff
- Process staff expenses, including travel, subsistence claims and telephone claims.
- Provide reports to management about Maternity and Sick leave absence, provide calculations of abatements due.
- Monitor and input data staff
- Monitor payroll accounts emails and queries
- Manage records, including payroll, HR and any associated files for staff.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with SAP or Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills
