The Role
We are seeking an experienced EPDM Installer to join the team. This role involves the safe and efficient installation of cladding, siding, soffit products, flashing, and cills. You’ll need strong measuring and cutting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality installations on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Install cladding, cills, flashing, and specialist details to specification and building codes
- Read and interpret drawings and work orders
- Operate light metalworking tools (cutting, bending, drilling, shaping)
- Inspect and sign off completed works daily
- Maintain safe, tidy work practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in EPDM installation or similar construction trade.
- Experience with roofing & Cladding installation.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Full Irish Driver License.
