Exciting opportunity to join a well established motor group who are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to develop and grow the used car sales side of the business.

Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximise revenue.
• Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalised recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution.
Sales Process Management:
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.
• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
• Must have proven experience in automotive sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Valid full and clean driver's license.
