My client who is based in Eyre Square in Galway City is looking to hire 5 Call Centre Agents for 4 months. This role will be Monday to Friday with every second Saturday. This role could suit someone just finished their studies at uni /a recent Grad or someone with good Customer Service skills/experience. These roles are starting Monday 8th Dec.
35 hours per week
Duties:
- Provide great customer service
- Take ownership for customer queries.
- Dealing with Customers over the phone
- Emails
- General Admin
- Working with your team
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience - retail / hospitality / call centre
- Good computer skills
- Good attention to details
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
