Business Support Manager for large not for profit organisation with a nationwide presence. This role will report to the Head of Operations.
The offices are in South Dublin and this will be a hybrid role. This is a diverse and multifaceted role blending administrative, analytical and strategic tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking a proactive and organised approach to the delivering of operational functions across the business
- Manage and maintain records and documentation and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate resources, schedules and communication across operations department.
- Collate information through both CRM reports and specific requests to allow for strategic decision making.
- Manage/Lead specific projects/tasks as assigned.
- Coordination of the Operations Management meetings
- Coordinate resources, schedules and communication across operations department.
- Represent Operations Department on various Committees and working groups
- Prepare and submit detailed business proposals supporting operational decision-making cases and funding applications both internally and externally as required.
Who are you:
- A third level qualification in business, management or finance is desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and a fast-paced environment
- Experience of producing analytical based reports and trends in a user-friendly format
- Experience of providing Operational support in a multi-site organisation is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint & Outlook) & SharePoint
