My client is a leading provider of Refrigeration, HVAC and Air Conditioning solutions in Dublin. They deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet the evolving needs of their customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and work within the existing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the refrigeration, air conditioning, service and maintenance sectors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in refrigeration and air conditioning, as well as competitor activities.
- Use CRM system to manage daily activities and report regularly to Sales Director.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong proven experience in sales within the HVAC, Refrigeration or Air Conditioning sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration and Air conditioning Systems, including design, installation and maintenance etc
- Ability to generate new business, as well as manage and grow existing client relationships.
- A willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits as required.
