We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join a growing team in the operational telecoms sector, focusing on the national rail and transport industries.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by promoting a portfolio of operational telecoms solutions and security products to new clients across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
Role Purpose:
Lead and promote communications and security products to key accounts, with the objective of achieving financial targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth and acquire new business by identifying opportunities in the market.

Build detailed profiles of target clients, including contacts, roles, existing systems, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.

Set short, medium, and long-term objectives for accounts and define target lists and timelines for new business sectors and customers.

Ensure timely reporting, including monthly sales meetings and quarterly performance reviews, to track progress against objectives.

Prepare focused presentations detailing activity, progress, and outlook.

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop sales collateral to support business development efforts.
Key Skills and Competencies:
