Branch Manager required to manage all aspects of the Insurance Sales Office operation. This includes performance levels and sales targets; sales office costs, coaching and developing staff.
To excel in this role you will have a proven track record in sales and performance management and you will need a full, clean Irish driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage performance of the sales team.
- Provide necessary coaching, development and support to staff.
- Allocate targets in a manner that ensures all staff have the opportunity to excel, achieve and exceed targets.
- Work with other branch managers to best utilise shared resources.
- Grow revenue through direct selling and account management
- Target customer segments in commercial and agri business sectors and develop prospecting strategies to maximise penetration and / or build on success.
- Develop customer relationships and sales opportunities
- Be a key contributor to the successful achievement of objectives at a regional level, including sales targets and loss ratios, by actively supporting the Regional Manager across these activities.
Education
- CIP qualification at a minimum is an absolute requirement
