FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for Branch Coordinator - Agri
on behalf of a progressive agribusiness in the North East Offaly region. This is a full-time permanent role.
Our Client has been supporting the farming sector in the Midlands for over 50 years and in that period the business has made an important contribution to the farming sector. Due to internal promotion our Client is now seeking a Branch Coordinator to manage the end-to-end supply chain of agricultural products, supporting their Offaly branch. This role ensures smooth coordination between Sales/Retail, Feed/Grain Stores, and logistics, while maintaining excellent customer service at store level.
The successful candidate will have an Agri Retail/Logistics experience. The primary function of this role is to coordinate between production, warehouse, sales and distribution and to promote an effective and efficient supply chain whilst also delivering exceptional customer service at store level.
Location: North East Offaly [May suit candidates on Laois/Kildare also]
Working Hours: Monday to Friday [8am-5pm] & Every 4th Saturday [8am-1pm]
Salary:
€32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year DOE
Overtime after 39hrs [Time and a Half]
Job description:
• Manage the supply chain for Feed, Fertiliser, Chemicals, and Agri-Inputs for the Branch.
• Oversee stock control and warehouse operations.
• Process goods in/out dockets and review invoices.
• Act as the main contact for customer orders and sales reps/Branch Manager.
• Coordinate logistics and production for timely deliveries.
• Resolve logistics issues.
• Counter Sales
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in agri/retail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Degree in Agriculture, or related field preferred.
• Team player with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
• Forklift license a bonus.
