What You Will Be Doing
Drive day-to-day manufacturing processes and support GMP-compliant activities for the production of sterile biopharmaceutical products.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate, organise, and support the training and development of team members
- Provide line management and day-to-day leadership
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity, and Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
- Oversee timely closure of CAPAs, Change Controls, BMRs, and audit/inspection actions
- Deliver on-time availability of GMP-compliant products per the manufacturing schedule
- Lead first response to Quality issues during bioprocessing and maintain inspection readiness
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Science or Engineering
- Strong background in GMP manufacturing operations
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience in regulatory inspections and audit readiness
