Responsibilities;

Lead and manage RFI, RFP, PQQ, and ITT processes, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.

Take ownership of the bid process from start to finish, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.

Maintain and develop an effective tender documentation library for streamlined processes.

Conduct commercial reviews of contracts, identify risks, and coordinate approvals.

Prepare compelling presentations and supporting materials for bids and proposals.
-
Build strong relationships across the organization and with external vendors to achieve business objectives.

Stay informed about market trends, new products, and technologies to identify additional opportunities.

All tenders and bids completed accurately and on time.

High-quality, well-organized sales materials and documentation.

Strong collaboration across teams with proactive communication and risk management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in bid writing and managing complex proposals.

Strong understanding of B2B contracts and Terms & Conditions.

High standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Project.
Desirable:

Experience in Telecoms, Utilities, or Critical Network Infrastructure.
Qualifications:

Level 7 or 8 qualification preferred (Diploma or Degree).

Fluent in English.
