About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified BER Assessor to join a growing consultancy specialising in energy consultation, solutions, design, and implementation for both domestic and commercial projects. The role will involve working across the Munster and South Connacht areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct domestic BER assessments and provide completed documentation to clients.
- Perform heat pump technical assessments.
- Advise clients on how to improve energy efficiency in their properties.
- Manage and deliver projects according to client requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest regulations and standards in energy efficiency.
- Travel to various sites for property surveys (office and on-site work).
Requirements:
- Qualification in engineering or a related field.
- SEAI BER Assessor Qualification (mandatory).
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Office, CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail, particularly for accurate drawings and assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Full driving license (required).
