Position: Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNMII) – Bed Management
Location: South Dublin
Hours: 18.75 hours per week
Schedule: Alternate weeks with potential for additional shifts up to 18.75 hours weekly
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced CNMII to join our Bed Management team. This part-time position involves working alternate weeks and may include additional hours depending on departmental needs.
Candidate Requirements:

Must be registered in the General Division of the NMBI register and hold a current NMBI Pin.

A minimum of five years post-registration experience in an acute care setting, including at least two years in a management role (essential).

Experience in managing and optimizing hospital bed capacity is desirable.

Ability to assess, report on, and implement changes in clinical practice is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels both within and outside the organisation.

Proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong leadership qualities.

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Demonstrated decision-making skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to tasks.

Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and to take initiative.

Strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professional discretion.
